Wall of Remembrance

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old; Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn. At the going down of the sun and in the morning; We will remember them. These famous words come from the famous poem, For the Fallen, by Robert Laurence Binyon.

Joseph was born in Moncton, NB in 1919. He served in the Army in Canada, High Seas, Overseas and England. Joseph was awarded the 1939-45 Star, France and Germany Star, Defense Medal, CVSM with Clasp and Italy Star. He was a member of The R.C.L. Moncton Br. # 06. Joseph passed away in 2006.

Joseph est né en 1919 à Moncton, N-B. Il a servi au sein de l’armée, en haute mer, outre-mer et en Angleterre. Joseph a reçu l’Étoile de 1939-1945, l’Étoile France-Allemagne, la Médaille de la Défense, la MCV avec agraffe et l’Étoile d’Italie. Il a été membre de la R.C.L. filiale # 06 Moncton. Joseph est décédé en 2006.
