Wall of Remembrance

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old; Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn. At the going down of the sun and in the morning; We will remember them. These famous words come from the famous poem, For the Fallen, by Robert Laurence Binyon.

Orville went overseas on April 6th of 1941 with the 104th ATB out of Fredericton. He served in the Italian Campaign, after being in North Africa. Later in France, Holland, Germany and Belgium, He returned home to Moncton with the 8th Battery on September 30, 1945. Four years and 7 months later.
