Wall of Remembrance

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old; Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn. At the going down of the sun and in the morning; We will remember them. These famous words come from the famous poem, For the Fallen, by Robert Laurence Binyon.

George was born in Fredericton, NB in 1920. He served in the Army with the 90th Anti-tank Barttery, the 1st Anti-Tank Regiment and the Royal Canadian Artillery in England, Sicily and Italy. George was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Fredericton, Branch No. 4 for over 50 years. He died in 1998.
