Wall of Remembrance

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old; Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn. At the going down of the sun and in the morning; We will remember them. These famous words come from the famous poem, For the Fallen, by Robert Laurence Binyon.

Wilfred was born in St. Stephen, N.B. in 1922. He served in the Lance Bomardier, 4th Anti-Tank Regiment, Royal Canadian Artillery in Canada, England, Italy, France, Holland, Belgium, and Germany. Wilfred received the 1939-45 Star, the Italy Star, the France and Germany Star, and the C.V.S.M. He was a member of R.C.L. St. Croix Br. #9 for over 60 years. Wilfred passed away in 2006.
