Malcom was born in 1914 in Clifton, N.B. He served in the R.C.E. and was a member of R.C.L. Herman J. Good Br. #18. Malcom received the C.V.S.M. and clasp, the Defense Medal, the War Medal, and the 1939-1945 Star. He passed away in 2003.
