Earle was born in St. Stephen, N.B. in 1922. He joined the Royal Canadian Electrical and Mechanical Engineers in 1942 and fought in the European Theatre. He was awarded the 1939-1945 Star, France-Germany Star, Defense Medal, the Volunteer Service Medal with clasp, and the 1939-1945
War Medal. Earle passed away in 2004.
