Wall of Remembrance

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old; Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn. At the going down of the sun and in the morning; We will remember them. These famous words come from the famous poem, For the Fallen, by Robert Laurence Binyon.

Hubert was born in Rivière-du-Portage, NB in 1917. He served in the Army with the South Saskatchewan Regiment in Canada, United Kingdom and Continental Europe. Hubert was a Prisoner of War for 2 years and 7 months in the German Prison Camp Stalag VIII. He died in 1985.
