Robert was born in Halifax in 1922. He served in the Merchant Navy in the North Atlantic aboard the Reginolite, Vancolite, and Incolite ships. He received the 1939-1945 Star, the Atlantic Star, the C.V.S.M., and the War Medal 1939-1945. Robert was a member of R.C.L. Fredericton Br. #4 for 37 years. He passed away in 2005.
