Frank was born in 1922. He served with the Carleton & York Regiment and the 4th Princess Louise Dragoon Guards overseas. Frank received the 1939-1945 Star, the Italy Star, the C.V.S.M., the 1939-1945 Medal, and the Defence Medal. He was killed in action in Italy in 1943.
